Our mission is to empower and raise the voices of women, girls and non-binary people of Aston Villa Football Club, encompassing supporters, staff, players, the local community and the wider game of football.

Welcome to Villa Bellas.
Founded in early 2022 on International Women’s Day, we set out with a straightforward goal: to create a football community where everyone - regardless of gender - feels safe, respected, and welcome, both on the pitch and in the stands.
At Villa Bellas, we bring people together through a shared love of the game. We work to connect the worlds of women’s and men’s football while recognising and valuing what makes each unique.
A key part of our mission is ensuring that female fans feel comfortable and supported within men’s football environments. We’re committed to challenging sexism and misogyny, amplifying the voices of women and non‑binary people, and building a culture where all supporters feel confident and included. Every fan deserves to feel secure and heard, no matter which team they follow.
We also champion women’s football at every level - from grassroots participation to the professional game. Our aim is to increase visibility, attendance, and engagement, recognising the impact and potential of the women’s game.
Beyond football itself, we’re dedicated to supporting our local community and fostering a club culture built on inclusivity, respect, and belonging.

Her Game Too
Her Game Too
Villa Bellas are proud partners of the Her Game Too campaign. Her Game Too are a group of female supporters who are passionate about football and working to eradicate sexism in the football industry. They want women and girls of all ages to feel confident and safe sharing their opinion about football both online and in real life without fear of sexist abuse.
The work we do at Villa Bellas is synonymous with Her Game Too with three of our committee members being HGT ambassadors for Villa men's and women's teams.
